Terms of Use

Gulpo for iPhone. Last updated September 10, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and WapleStuff (“we”, “us”) for the Gulpo app. By installing or using Gulpo you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Gulpo is not medical advice

Gulpo helps you pace how much you drink. Its goals, pace line, and suggestions are general estimates based on the information you give it and on published hydration guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not account for every medical condition, medication, or circumstance. Always follow the advice of your doctor or other qualified health professional, especially if you have a condition that affects fluid intake, are pregnant, or are advised to limit or increase fluids. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

License

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable license to use Gulpo on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store’s terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or any part of it, except where the law allows.

Your use of Gulpo is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms add to it; where the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

Reserve

Reserve unlocks additional features, including bottle tracking, routines, counting every drink, weather‑aware and workout‑aware goals, and personalization. Reserve is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one‑time lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Prices may change for future periods; you will be notified as required by the App Store.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s refund policy.
• The lifetime purchase is a one‑time payment for Reserve on Gulpo for iPhone and its future updates while Gulpo is available. It is not a subscription.

Your data

Gulpo keeps your data on your device, and optionally in your own iCloud. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backups; we cannot recover data from a device or iCloud account we do not have access to.

Third‑party services

Gulpo uses Apple services such as Health, Weather, Siri, speech recognition, and iCloud, and uses RevenueCat to verify purchases. Those services have their own terms, and their availability may change without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Gulpo in a way that breaks the law, interferes with the app or with Apple’s services, or attempts to bypass purchases.

Intellectual property

Gulpo, its name, icon, design, water simulation, and content are owned by WapleStuff and protected by copyright and other laws. Apple, iPhone, Siri, App Store, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue Gulpo or any feature at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes in release notes, but we are not obliged to keep any feature available.

Disclaimer

Gulpo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app will be error‑free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WapleStuff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Gulpo. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Reserve in the twelve months before the claim, or if you paid nothing, to zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Gulpo at any time by deleting it. We may end your license if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including disclaimers and limitations, survive termination.

Apple

These terms are between you and WapleStuff, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Gulpo and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this page with its date. Continuing to use Gulpo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
